C'est m\u00eame le cas de beaucoup de gens. L'examen est important pour toi et tu veux le r\u00e9ussir, il est donc normal que tu sois un peu nerveux.<\/p>\n<h2>Les sympt\u00f4mes de la peur des examens<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">La nervosit\u00e9 se traduit par diff\u00e9rents sympt\u00f4mes : <strong>tremblements, transpiration, naus\u00e9es, douleurs abdominales, tachycardie, b\u00e9gaiement<\/strong> et, dans le pire des cas, des <strong>\u00e9vanouissements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment na\u00eet l'appr\u00e9hension des examens ?<\/h2>\n<p>La peur de l'examen est une cr\u00e9ation de ton cerveau. Avant l'examen, on a peur de ne pas r\u00e9ussir. On a l'impression qu'on ne va pas y arriver et souvent qu'on n'a pas assez \u00e9tudi\u00e9. Peu importe que ce soit vrai ou non, la plupart du temps, on s'est suffisamment pr\u00e9par\u00e9. La pression exerc\u00e9e par l'examen et la peur de l'\u00e9chec rendent nerveux. Des milliers de questions se bousculent dans ta t\u00eate, comme \u00ab que vais-je faire si je ne r\u00e9ussis pas ? \u00bb Cette r\u00e9action est normale dans le sens o\u00f9 elle peut arriver \u00e0 tout le monde un jour. L'important est simplement de savoir comment g\u00e9rer une telle peur, ou mieux encore, comment l'\u00e9viter compl\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment \u00e9viter la peur des examens ?<\/h2>\n<p>Nous avons s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pour toi quelques \u00e9tapes qui te permettront d'\u00e9viter autant que possible ta peur de l'examen. Si tu suis ces \u00e9tapes, tu seras bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 l'examen et tu pourras \u00e9viter ta peur de l'examen.<\/p>\n<h3>Ton plan en 5 \u00e9tapes contre la peur des examens<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Fais un plan d'apprentissage et pr\u00e9vois suffisamment de temps. Commence \u00e0 \u00e9tudier \u00e0 temps. Plus tu attends, plus la mati\u00e8re s'accumule et plus tu es stress\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>N'oublie pas les pauses. Tu devrais pr\u00e9voir suffisamment de pauses lorsque tu \u00e9tudies, afin que ton cerveau puisse mieux assimiler les contenus de l'apprentissage. Ne t'enferme pas chez toi pour r\u00e9viser uniquement pour l'examen. Trouve un \u00e9quilibre qui te permette de prendre un apr\u00e8s-midi de pause. Tu pourras alors faire quelque chose avec tes amis ou ta famille sans te sentir mal. Pr\u00e9vois \u00e9galement de telles pauses prolong\u00e9es dans ton programme de r\u00e9vision.<\/li>\n<li>Teste de temps en temps o\u00f9 tu en es dans ton apprentissage. Tu pourras ainsi voir les progr\u00e8s que tu as d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s et gagner en assurance.<\/li>\n<li>Veille \u00e0 dormir suffisamment. Il est important de dormir suffisamment, car ton cerveau a besoin de sommeil pour fonctionner \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9fl\u00e9chis \u00e0 ta peur. Note ce qui te p\u00e8se et essaie d'y trouver des solutions. Et si aucune solution n'est trouv\u00e9e, ce n'est pas grave.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Quelles sont les techniques qui aident en cas de crise de d'angoisse aigu\u00eb avant les examens ?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Si tu as une peur aigu\u00eb de l'examen, il peut \u00eatre utile de t'arr\u00eater quelques instants et de prendre conscience que tu es bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 l'examen, que tu as d\u00e9j\u00e0 appris tout cela et que tu es capable de le faire. <strong>Ferme les yeux<\/strong> et <strong>respire calmement<\/strong> pendant <strong>2 \u00e0 3 minutes<\/strong> en essayant de te rassurer ou de faire attention \u00e0 ta respiration. La respiration calme peut t'aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le stress. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les personnes stress\u00e9es respirent trop vite. Fais donc attention \u00e0 ta respiration et compte mentalement jusqu'\u00e0 5 en inspirant et en expirant. Ensuite, ouvre lentement les yeux et sois pr\u00eat pour l'examen.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui peut aussi \u00eatre tr\u00e8s utile, c'est de s'\u00e9tirer tranquillement. Tu fais la t\u00e2che lentement et ton corps commence \u00e0 se d\u00e9tendre.<\/p>\n<p><em>En conclusion, tu dois te souvenir : Tu peux le faire et tu y arriveras !
