The preparation is divided into two courses

Basis of the preparation course
In the initial phase of the preparatory course, the fundamental topics are thoroughly explored in order to achieve the highest level of performance. The curriculum covers core competencies in German and mathematics. In German, the focus is on essay structure and grammatical knowledge, particularly in word and sentence syntax. Mathematics covers a range of basic skills: arithmetic, algebra, dealing with quantities and functions, probability tasks, statistics, and geometry. Students begin solving sample exam questions early on to ensure that they have mastered these skills.

Advanced preparation and exam simulation
The second part of the course delves deeper into the different types of exam questions and familiarizes participants with various problem-solving strategies and the challenges associated with each type of question. The material is constantly reviewed and practiced, with learning progress being closely monitored and evaluated. A mock exam is conducted under timed and realistic conditions to prepare students for the actual exam environment. This simulation is corrected, graded, and provided with written feedback. Finally, the results of the IMS exam simulation are discussed personally with an instructor who provides customized guidance and support.

The structure of our preparation courses
Mathematics preparation for Multicheck
On Day 1, our Multicheck preparation begins with an intensive math test. This session covers a thorough review of key mathematical concepts such as decimals, fractions, numerical operations, distribution calculations, proportionality, and tasks related to area estimation. Our goal is to improve participants' mathematical skills and ensure that they are well prepared and confident to excel in the Multicheck test.
French preparation for Multicheck
On the second day of our preparation, the focus in French shifts to grammatical aspects, such as the use of the partitive article and the inflection of adjectives. We will also emphasize communication skills and vocabulary expansion, both of which are crucial for success in the Multicheck. The session begins with a summary of what was covered on Day 1 and addresses any outstanding questions to reinforce what has been learned and clarify any doubts.
English preparation for Multicheck
Similarly, our English preparation on Day 2 will focus on grammatical structures, improving communication skills, and expanding vocabulary. These core areas are fundamental to the Multicheck. The day begins with a brief review of the previous day's content and a discussion of any outstanding questions to ensure that all students are on the same page. In both language subjects, our approach is tailored exclusively to the content relevant to the Multicheck. We place particular emphasis on developing and practicing effective strategies for completing tasks in a timely manner, which will give students a significant advantage in their Multicheck performance.
Organizational skills
On Day 3, organizational skills are improved by having participants plan a hypothetical manager's week. They work with a schedule that includes both fixed appointments and time slots for new meetings, taking into account constraints such as meeting duration and timing. The session begins with a summary of Day 2 and an opportunity for open questions.
Teamwork and networked thinking
Participants will then continue with teamwork and exercises on networked thinking:
- Diagram tasks (simple):Start with these straightforward tasks.
- Organization chart tasks (simple and complex): These help you understand and solve complex text tasks.
- Text-based tasks (simple and complex): Focus on understanding the historical changes of a company, such as the opening of new branches and the shifting of roles.
Error management
The error management training course covers:
- Analyze a text to identify the most important developments within the company.
- Use tables for cross-referencing to ensure the accuracy of details such as sales figures and job transfers.
Memory performance and customer interaction
Day 4 begins with exercises to improve memory performance, focusing specifically on remembering sequences and interacting with customers, which is essential for various practical scenarios.
Logical thinking - verbal and figural analogies
Participants engage with verbal and figural analogies, thereby sharpening their logical thinking skills. These exercises are crucial for understanding relationships between concepts and promote analytical thinking.
Digital skills: computers, the Internet, and concentration
We will also focus on digital skills, including computer and internet literacy, combined with concentration exercises. This includes breaking down number sequences and quickly processing information.
Writing skills
For writing skills:
- Participants choose from four topics and write a dynamic text with a clear introduction, main body, and conclusion.
- The focus is on clear, concise expression. The text is checked for grammatical and spelling errors.
- This piece will be used in participants' certificates to demonstrate their ability to formulate structured thoughts.
The day begins with a summary of the activities from Day 3 and answers to any outstanding questions. The session ends with a comprehensive course summary, summarizing the most important skills and knowledge gained over the four days.
